Taekwondo - Little Dragons (ages 3-5 years)
The Little Dragon's pre-school education program is a perfect pathway for young children to build confidence and self esteem while learning to work as a team. This comprehensive program encourages and invites parents and relatives to join in each class as their child develops skills for life.

Poomsae Class - All students
Looking to vastly improve your Poomsae skills? Poomsae classes are run on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Classes are run by black belt competition winners.
Black Belt Class - Black belts only
A class specifically for the black belts focusing on black belt patterns, and advance self defence techniques. Highly recommended for all DAN levels.
Master Class (Thursdays only)
A class for the Senior students (and Juniors by invitation only) focusing on the core elements of Taekwondo, techniques, and knowledge. Highly recommended for all DAN levels.
Kick Boxing (Mondays/Thursday)
Learn how to do various punching combinations individually and in pairs, plus strength training exercises. Every class is different! Great for all fitness levels, excellent way to lose weight, tone up, get fit, and learn self defence while training. Every session is carefully configured differently to enable you to learn a wide selection of techniques and to make every session even more stimulating. Open to ages 15+.
This awesome fast moving class works on fitness, core strength and mobility. Our qualified boxing instructors will put you through your paces, learning at the same time as getting a great workout. Open to ages 15+.
Taekwondo - Musketeers (ages 4-7 years)
MTC run fast paced dynamic classes focusing on the traditional Taekwondo martial art. Plenty of practical self defence techniques, fitness and fun. Each class is tailored to the age group and interests of the students. The club also teaches values and discipline with the students, including remembering emergency numbers, parents contact details, their home address and how to deal with strangers. We focus on physical fitness, flexibility, self defence, situational awareness, and working with a team.
Taekwondo - Juniors (ages 8-12 years)
Taekwondo is an exciting, fun and energetic Korean martial art and Olympic sport, characterised not only by its use of blocks and punches but also by its emphasis on dynamic kicking. Taekwondo uses moves such as sidekicks, roundhouses and back kicks, sometimes in conjunction with spinning and jumping manoeuvres.
The Martial Art of Taekwondo also focuses on the development of important skills to prepare you for life, including confidence, respect, discipline, concentration, hand/foot/eye coordination, as well as health and fitness. Our Taekwondo classes have been specially designed to give you and/or your child the edge needed to succeed in life.
Taekwondo - Seniors (ages 13+ years)
The Seniors class is for adults who want to lose weight, learn practical self defence and develop their Taekwondo techniques in a safe, fun and welcoming environment. All classes are carefully planned and designed to progress you steadily towards Black Belt. Enjoying the process, you will create winning habits and disciplines that will positively affect other areas of your life.
This is far more than just Taekwondo sparring! It's fun and fitness as well! Open to all Juniors and Seniors, ages 8 and up! Yellow belt (9th Gup) is the minimum grading level you must have for this class. Focus is on developing skills for Taekwondo sparring competitions. Competing in competitions is open to all Yellow 3 stripes and above (or with Instructor approval), this class focuses on developing skills for Taekwondo sparring competitions, including the Olympics. Always bring your protective gear to train in! Please note class does involve full contact sparring.
Fight Class is broken up into five Squad levels:
- Squad level 1 (S1) - Branch level competition
- Squad level 2 (S2) - Club level competition
- Squad level 3 (S3) - State level competition
- Squad level 4 (S4) - National level competition
- Elite - International competition level
Belt-Up School Holiday Program
A program run over the school holidays which is ideal for students who want to accelerate their Taekwondo skills. Perfect for people who are beginners (free belt/grading included.) Great for ALL teams leaders, Musketeers and Juniors. Stacks of games, heaps of fun, lots of prizes everyday!
Having a birthday party? Let us host it. Two hours of games and martial arts fun, prizes, music, dancing, and lots of excitement! Your child will also break a board in front of their friends, and cut the cake with the 'Sword of Power'. You supply the food/drink and cake, we do the rest.
MMA - Mixed Martial Arts (Tuesdays/Wednesdays)
The ultimate in self defence. This class takes elements of different martial arts (such as Thai Boxing, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, Taekwondo, Hapkido and Krav Maga) to create an all round self defence style. Open to ages 15+. Please note; to do MMA you must do either the Boxing or Taekwondo classes.
Combat and defence with traditional and modern weapons that is not only simple to learn, but is one of the most effective systems of self defence available today. Efficient, direct and immediate, fun, exciting and fully supervised by trained instructors. Only open to blue belts and up, or by invitation.
