MTC Ringwood is proud to partner with The Nest Mixed Martial Arts Club to host an interclub Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu tournament on Saturday, the 18th of January, 2025.
The no-gi tournament is open to MTC club students of all abilities, with age and weight divisions from 4 years and up. Events cover position, escape, submission and rolling.
Start your 2025 martial arts calendar in a fun, safe setting, and test your abilities with new friends and old. There are awards, prizes and a lucky dip for kids.
