Challenge yourself and put your skills to the test in this upcoming Poomsae & Speed Kicking Online Competition!

  • Anybody can enter, submissions are filmed at MTC Ringwood
  • No age restrictions, for Yellow Belts and up (must know full pattern)
  • Poomsae: Individual or pairs, Speed kicking: Mitts or air
  • Cost to enter: $55 individual (per event), $65 per pair (Poomsae only)
  • Limited spots, sign up quick!
  • After you sign-up, more details and instructions will be sent to your email

(students must attend and participate in all assigned classes)

Cost

  • 1 event – Poomsae or Speed Kicking: $55 per person
  • 1 event – Poomsae (pairs): $65 per pair
  • 2 events – Poomsae and Speed Kicking: $110 per person
